The Alda Village Board and the Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation work together to promote economic growth in the area.

Approximately 160 acres of land in and adjacent to Alda are zoned for industry. The price of industrially priced land ranges from $5,000 to $10,000 per acre.

Industrial Site #2 - 15 Acres located at Wildwood Drive, Alda, Nebraska
